5. Right of Withdrawal - 14 Days

Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

The goods must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

6. Defective Products - Complaints

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year right to complain about defects.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law.
